I specialize in comprehensive Estate Planning and Corporate Business Law. I work with small business clients on a range of issues from formation through business succession. I am passionate about helping individuals, families and business owners with their legal planning.
I received my Juris Doctorate (JD) from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA and earned my undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). I am licensed to practice law in California and New York and have worked at a number of major organizations including Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, and Ernst & Young LLP. In addition, I have had experience running a retail and e-commerce business. In my spare time, I enjoy playing golf, dabbling with Crossfit and exploring the benefits of aquaponics.
In order to stay in-tune with the latest trends and developments in Estate and Business Planning, I became an active member of WealthCounsel, a national community of top estate planning professionals committed to the highest standard of practice excellence. This collaborative organization, along with attending seminars taught by nationally recognized thought leaders, keeps me on the leading edge of the newest legal ideas and approaches.
